I think that is in either the very late third stage or the early fourth stage of the DTM. I think this because its death rate is very low and its TFR is near stable, which would cause a low rate of natural increase and imply a late DTM stage. I also noticed that the country's secondary school enrollment rate was extremely high which would only occur in a late stage developed country.
