I think that this country is in its late fourth stage of the demographic transition model. I am able to tell this because all of the facts I collected imply that Fiji is in it's fourth stage, but it's net migration rate is below zero, which lets me know it is in the fourth stage. I know it is nearing the end of this stage because its immigration rate is below zero, which means that is its birth rate continues to decline it rate of natural increase will soon be below zero as well, which is the definition of a country in its fifth stage.
