I think that this country is in its early fifth stage of demographic transition. I know this because all of the information I found regarding this country would imply that it has a stable growth rate, or is in its fourth stage, but because of the amount of people emigrating, it is in a population decline. So because of these facts, I was able to conclude that Montenegro is in the fifth stage of DTM.
